What’s in the Preventing Significant Injuries & Fatalities Track?

Here are the sessions in the Preventing Significant Injuries and Fatalities Track…

These sessions include ways to:

Improve the use of root cause analysis when investigating precurors to SIFs incident.
Use root cause analysis proactively to prevent SIFs.
Develop better corrective actions to prevent SIFs.
Use Pre-Startup Reviews to stop SIFs.
Fatigue’s impact on errors (and SIFs).
Safety red flags.
How to fix your recurring root causes (that could cause SIFs).

These topics will help make your SIF prevention efforts more effective. See more information about each session and the speaker for that session at THIS LINK.

But Wait! There’s More!

The Summit is more than the six best practice tracks. First, there are five Keynote Speakers.

They will cover everything from learning from accidents to using AI for root cause analysis to staying focused on success. See the details HERE.

The best-practice track sessions and keynote speakers are outstanding. But you may learn even more with the networking and benchmarking you will experience at the Global TapRooT® Summit. Many attendees have told me they didn’t expect the best practices they learned from talking with industry leaders from around the world. These experts come from around the world. So you will get new insights you won’t find at other conferences.
