What Certified Instructors Need to Know for the 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit and Pre-Summit

If you are a Certified TapRooT® Instructor? Then you know you need to attend the Global TapRooT® Summit and Pre-Summit every two years to keep your certification. This year, our Summit and Pre-Summit are at the beautiful Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, right outside Austin, TX.

What Sessions Are Right for You?

If you are attending our 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit as a Certified Instructor, the sessions you must attend for the Summit take place on Friday, “TapRooT® Instructor Recertification Part 1&2.” These sessions occur on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 9:00 am to 9:50 am and 10:00 am to 10:50 am. These two sessions can’t be missed to maintain your certification.

Also, as a Certified Instructor, you must attend the 2-Day Pre-Summit, April 29 – 30, 2024. You can pick from any of the eleven 2-Day Pre-Summit courses available. Click on the link below to see a complete list of the Pre-Summit courses available.

If you’re unsure what session to pick throughout the week, we have designed an Instructor Recertification Track to help you attend the best session for certified instructors. You can also customize your schedule and pick which session you would like to attend throughout the week, but if you decide to customize your schedule, make sure you attend the two-part recertification sessions on Friday and the 2-Day Pre-Summit.

Booking Your Flight

Since certified instructors must attend the two-part recertification sessions on Friday, make sure you book your return flights for later. The Summit officially ends at noon on Friday, and you must leave time to travel from the hotel to the airport in Austin, TX.

When you fly into Austin, Texas, make sure you fly into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You must rent a car, get an Uber/Lyft, or book a taxi to the Horseshoe Bay Resort. We highly recommend booking your transportation in advance. If you have any questions about getting to and from the airport and hotel, please email us at info@taproot.com.

Early Bird Registration

Since you plan on attending our 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit and Pre-Summit, you might as well register early and be entered into our Early Bird Drawing! Anyone who registers before February 29, 2024, will be entered into a drawing to win a fabulous prize. Last year’s prize was AirPod Max headphones. Pre-Summit and Summit Group Discounts

If two or more people from your organization plan on attending our Pre-Summit and Summit, make sure you register together to get our group discount. The more people you bring, the more value you receive. You can also win a trophy if you bring the largest group!

You also get the added benefit of your group being able to attend different sessions and Pre-Summit courses to maximize improvement ideas, lessons learned, and implementation strategies to improve your program when you return from the Pre-Summit and Summit.
