“My only complaint is, I wish I had taken this class sooner.”
Unfortunately, we get this type of “complaint” more often than we would like. Why? Here are a couple of the reasons…
- The investigator spent several (or many) years of their career without knowing how to effectively find the root causes of human errors and equipment problems. Now they can clearly see how to find and fix the problem’s root causes. Imagine all the problems they ineffectively fixed before they took this course.
- We try to reach out to everyone that could benefit from TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training, but in the clutter of e-mails and online marketing, we can’t get through to everyone who should attend.
