Changing Minds – Challenges I Faced Implementing Equifactor®

When you are a user of TapRooT® RCA you most likely came across Equifactor®. While Incident RCA is usually something that immediately draws EHS people’s attention, getting Engineering and/or Quality to give up what they used for ages and into using Equifactor® is a different story. In this session, Broder will discuss the challenges he faced, but also the opportunities that arise when faced with the challenge of implementing a new methodology.

If you want to learn how to implement Equifactor® successfully and overcome challenges, this session is right for you! Join us at the 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit May 1 – 3. This session occurs on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 1:20 PM. Make sure you schedule your return flights home after the Summit ends on Friday at noon. You won’t want to miss everything the Summit has to offer.
