Accessible Excellence and The TapRooT® Podcast

In honor of International Podcast Day, we are celebrating our eleven-year-old TapRooT® Podcast. Our podcast has been changing and improving ever since its creation, and is still promoting excellence in the field of Root Cause Analysis.

You can watch our podcast here.

What Our Podcast Does

Our TapRooT® Podcast uploads weekly episodes made for the benefit of TapRooT® Users and anyone utilizing RCA. Each episode takes on difficult industry concepts and utilizes our RCA experts to break them into simple ideas.

We began the process in 2015, and have since developed it steadily, listening to our audience and growing the skills to make a truly excellent podcast.

Our number one goal is to be informative, and to create a place where people can go to find ideas, best practices, and unique ways to think about investigations.

How You Can Use It

The TapRooT® Podcast makes industry excellence accessible to anyone.

In a world where misinformation and false solutions flood the internet, it can feel impossible to know what a system that really works would look like. Many of those starting to craft their company’s RCA system get overwhelmed with contradicting and overlapping choices, leading to the popularity of ineffective methods like 5 Whys.

Our goal is to help dissolve this confusion through simple conversation. We take popular RCA questions and have our experts answer them through their years of experience.

This is one of the many ways we work to change the way the world solves problems.

Stepping Beyond The Podcast

Making safety practices well-known and well-understood is important to us here at System Improvements. Even more important is making those safety practices personally available to you.

TapRooT® is the world’s best Root Cause Analysis system, and the same experts you can hear on our podcast are always ready to team up with your company. We will help you implement safe and working systems without having to face disaster to reach them.
