Technically Speaking – Expanded Support Hours & New Support Number

To prepare for the upcoming launch of our new Version VI software, we are expanding our Technical Support Hours starting on June 1, 2016. Our new hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Additionally, we are implementing a direct line for Technical Support. The new direct Technical Support number is 865-357-0080.
