Shipping & Handling Changes

Custom and duties from CANVA

TapRooT® Store Changes

Have you seen the books and products for sale at the TapRooT® Store? Look HERE.

Store

We’ve had problems clearing customs on some shipments outside the USA. People either didn’t expect duties or other taxes charged by their home country or weren’t getting notified of the payments that were due at the border, so the shipments were delayed or, in some cases, even returned.

Therefore, to make the shipments more efficient, we will pay the duties and taxes due on foreign shipments and charge an additional shipping and handling fee on the invoice to cover this payment. Thus, the clients will no longer have to pay duties and taxes, and the shipments will be expedited.

With the recent 6% increase in shipping costs, the shipping and handling charges will increase by approximately 20%, but clients won’t have to pay duties on the shipment.

Thanks for your continued interest in the TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis System, and we hope to see you at a future course and/or the Global TapRooT® Summit.
