RIP Ken Mattingly

Astronaut Ken Mattingly Died on October 31

Ken Mattingly helped the astronauts on Apollo 13 return from their almost doomed mission.

He was also the Command Pilot on Apollo 16 and two shuttle flights.

He was one of our Keynote Speakers at the 2012 Global TapRooT® Summit (above is a picture of him at the Summit with Ken Reed of System Improvements).

He passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 87.
