To solve culture problems,  you must first know how to effectively define culture and then have an effective method for measuring your company’s culture.  Once the measures are known these can be incorporated into all  types of  improvement plans. Improvement plans developed with the  knowledge of a  company’s culture have a much higher chance of successful  implementation.

Brian A. and Brian W. Tink from Watershape Safety Analysis, Canada, Clare Solomon from Hill Solomon, Ltd., UK, and Richard Mesker, TapRooT® Instructor, US, will be sharing how to define, identify and solve culture problems using TapRooT® at the 2012 Global TapRooT® Summit, Las Vegas, Nevada, February 29-March 2, 2012.

This informative session will be presented on the Investigation, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis track, the Leading Performance Improvement track and the Safety, Process Safety and Risk Management track.  If you are planning to sign up for a different track and want to attend this session, you may customize your schedule and add it!

We’ll see you at the 2012 Global TapRooT® Summit!
