Build Your Legacy

Legacy

What is a Legacy?

Google AI says that:

“Legacy” refers to something passed down from an ancestor, predecessor, or past event, which can be a material gift like a bequest, a cultural inheritance like values and beliefs, or a lasting impact on people and the world.

Our Legacy

When I think about the legacy of TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis, I think about:

  • lives saved,
  • work made easier and more reliable,
  • quality improvements,
  • sentinel events at hospitals prevented,
  • environmental damage prevented, and
  • equipment reliability improvements.

Of those, the lives saved are obviously the most important.

Your Legacy

What will your legacy be? For TapRooT® Users and those who implement TapRooT® RCA as their company standard for root cause analysis, I think your legacy will be the same as ours. Especially if you implement TapRooT® RCA across all departments.

I bet you would agree that your biggest work legacy will be the lives you have saved and the injuries that you have prevented.

Success Stories

If you have a story of lives saved, injuries prevented, quality improved, operational excellence achieved, or equipment reliability improvements by using TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis, please let us know about it.
