What is the Backbone of Your Improvement Efforts?

- Explain the need for safety rules,
- Understand why safety rules are broken (or ignored),
- Develop ideas for positive enforcement of safety rules,

- Stop blame and change the culture in their organization.
That’s an interesting list.
