Getting to Know Our Clients

Happy Get To Know Your Customers Day! This day reminds businesses to reach out to its patrons and get to know them better, in order to know what they need to do to grow.

Here at System Improvements Inc., getting to know our clients is a major priority. When it comes to safety, it is imperative that we are aware of what systems succeed and what systems fail, so we can continually improve the TapRooT® methodology to serve our clients in the ways they need.

Through Our Success Stories

Much of the feedback we receive gets poured into our Success Stories, which you can read here.

Our success stories highlight real-world applications of our root cause analysis tools across multiple industries, leading to improved safety and performance. We get to have the honor of hearing about dramatic and measurable results, saved lives, and innovative teams coming up with solutions that remove blame and confusion from their investigations.

One of the main pieces of feedback we get on the TapRooT® System is that it “goes deeper than surface level.” So what makes TapRooT® so helpful where other investigation methodologies fall apart? We don’t look for employees to blame, but for systems that need corrections, and this process digs much deeper than the typical Root Cause Analysis.

Through Our Summit

Another way we receive client feedback is through our Global TapRooT® Summit, during which we bring TapRooT® Users from around the world together to discuss new solutions and best practices.

Every Summit, we gain new ideas that we bring home to add to our TapRooT® Software and Courses. Our system is always growing to stay up-to-date, and the feedback we receive during our Summit is vitally important for us to do so.

If you want to share RCA ideas with us and other users, you are invited to join us for the upcoming 2027 Summit! We have a lot of exciting new updates and innovations to announce, and we welcome all of our clients to take part in this transformative community.
