Budget Time?
For many companies, August is the time to start planning for 2027 budgets. Whenever your company starts the budgeting process, it is probably true that you should start collecting estimates to plan your spending for 2027.
What is this article about? Getting some budget numbers for the next year for your improvement efforts. That includes budget for:
- TapRooT® Training
- Software purchases, renewals, and hosting fees
- AI upgrades
- Summit attendance
TapRooT® Training
What are your training needs in 2027? Are you planning to train people at sites you are developing or merger sites? Is your company expanding? How many new people do you have to train? Will you be having on-site courses or sending people to public courses?
Start thinking about this and contact your Implementation Advisor to discuss the possibilities and get a quote for your plans. They can help you modify your Roadmap to Success to include your new improvement initiatives. Call them at 865-539-2139.
TapRooT® Software
If you are planning to implement TapRooT® Software, your Implementation Advisor can get you a quote for that as well. Plus, remember to include new facilities to add to your license and the increased software fees that you have been notified of at the start of this year.
Also, if you haven’t considered it yet, now might be a good time to add hosting of the TapRooT® Software to your software agreement. Many companies have found that having System Improvement host and maintain their TapRooT® Software on a server for them is less expensive than having an internal IT group host and maintain the software. AI
You may have already heard about our plans to support the TapRooT® Software with a separate AI module that works with our hosted software (another reason to have us host your software). This additional module isn’t free, but for the value it provides, it is very economical. Once again, contact your Implementation Advisor to add AI to your TapRooT® Software as part of your Roadmap to Success. They can provide you with a quote and get started with your license modification.
2027 Global TapRooT® Summit
Since we changed to a 18 month schedule for the Summit and didn’t have a 2026 Summit, all Certified TapRooT® Instructors will be required to attend the 2027 Global TapRooT® Summit coming up on April 5-9, 2027, at the Margaritaville Resort, Lake Conroe, near Houston, Texas. Therefore, if you have Certified Instructors, you will need to plan for them to attend a pre-Summit Course and the Summit.
What are the Summit costs? See the schedule below for the fees and the discounts…
Since they will attend both a pre-Summit Course and the Summit, they will SAVE $300 off the combined course and Summit fee. If you have 3 or more instructors, sign them up at the same time so they can get a multiple attendee savings of up to $900 off for each attendee when you sign up 10 or more.
Bring an Improvement Team … For those who would like to bring a team of investigators to the Summit (and perhaps a pre-Summit Course), you can plan on getting discounts for these attendees as well. The discounts above apply to them, too.
