How does this link work? That depends somewhat on the ESHQ SaaS you choose, but it is generally a simple connection that functions as follows…

1. You report the incident in the ESHQ SaaS.
2. When it’s time to analyze the incident, you select the TapRooT® RCA link.
3. You perform the investigation using the advanced TapRooT® RCA Software.
4. You complete the investigation, and the data is transferred to the ESHQ SaaS platform.

You can then develop custom reports, review data from multiple incidents, and track corrective actions using the ESHQ SaaS.

Each ESHQ SaaS is somewhat different, so the way you use the two software products may vary depending on a vendor’s implementation of the connection to the TapRooT® Software.

Which ESHQ SaaS Platforms are Supported?

Six different ESHQ SaaS platforms are currently supported:

• Benchmark (Gensuite)
• Cority
• Enablon
• Intelex
• IsoMetrix
• Glartek (coming soon)

If your ESHQ SaaS isn’t on the list, tell your software vendor to contact us, and we will help them develop an API connection to the TapRooT® Software. And if you have your own in-house-developed software, we can probably help you link to the TapRooT® Software without too much trouble.
