2025 Global TapRooT® Summit Prizes
If you If you are attending our 2025 Global TapRooT® Summit, attendees will have multiple opportunities to win prizes. This year at the Summit, attendees can participate in four prize competitions.

Whova Photo Contest
This year, we will continue using the Whova app to bring our attendees together and make it easy to share information throughout our Pre-Summit and Summit. Every year, we enjoy seeing all the fun our attendees have through the photos they upload to the app. This year we will have two photo contests.

- The most relevant photos uploaded
How to win the most artistic photo uploaded.
This part of the photo competition is more about quality than quantity, and we encourage our attendees to showcase their artistic side. The Knoxville ConventionCenter and Downtown Knoxville are full of fun and beautiful photo opportunities. We encourage attendees to get creative with lighting, composition, color, and poses. See a beautiful building, sunset, art structure, etc. take a picture and upload it to the Whova app.
How to win the most relevant photos uploaded.
This part of the photo competition is more about quantity than quality! We encourage attendees to take photos of anything and everything at the Summit. Upload pictures of sessions, Keynote speakers, networking, food, restaurants you’ve eaten at, your hotel, and anything Knoxville or Summit-related should be uploaded to Whova. How to Upload to Whova
On the home screen of the Whova app, you will find a photos button you can tap. There you can take or upload photos. Again, there will be two winners for this competition. One winner will be chosen by uploading the best/artsy picture on Whova. The other winner will win by uploading the most relevant photos on Whova. So what should you be taking pictures of?
- Keynote Speakers
- Networking
- Session and/or Session Activities
- Group Photos
- Food
- Hotel and Hotel Locations (ex: Restaurants, Pool, Activity Areas)
- Wednesday Night Reception
Session Passport
The Session Passport prize is new to this year’s Summit. During our kickoff session, “Ready, Set, Go!” at your table, you will receive a blue card about the size of a postcard. There will be a section to write your name and email address. On the back, there will be nine circles. Each circle represents a Summit Session. Each session will have a stamp in the front of the room. Ensure you get stamped at the end of each session. Once you have attended all nine sessions and have been stamped, you will turn in your Session Passport right before the final Keynote Speaker on Friday, Oct. 3rd. The winner will be drawn right before the Keynote starts. You must be present to win!
Social Media Contest
Follow us on Instagram (@taproot_rca) and like, share, and comment on any Summit posts, stories, or reels. Wednesday through Friday morning, we will be posting pictures, videos, and stories on our Instagram. The more you comment, like, and/or share our Summit content, the more likely you are to win. The winner will be announced on Instagram (stories & direct message) before the final Friday Summit Speaker, Kim “KC” Campbell.
Whova Leaderboard Board
On the Whova app’s homepage, you will see a box labeled “Leaderboard.” Here you will find the rankings of who is leading the way in Whova. The top 3 leaders will all win a digital gift of their choice. Winners will be announced in Whova on Friday, October 3rd, before our final Summit Keynote speaker.

Earning Points In Whova
So how do you earn points? The more you use Whova, the more points you earn. Filling out session feedback forms will earn you the most points, but answering polls also earns you a lot of points. See the list below to learn how to earn even more points.
- Chatting with fellow attendees
- Answering polls or Q&A questions
- Uploading photos to Whova
- Participating in community board discussions
- Completing session feedback forms
- Adding sessions to your personal agenda

Final Wrap-up
