Then vs. Now: The TapRooT® Summit 15 Years Ago

Then vs Now: Mark Paradies in 2010 and 2025

Taking a Look 15 Years Back

Did you know the Global TapRooT® Summit has been going strong for over three decades? Let’s take a look at then vs. now with Mark Paradies, Ken Reed, and Alex Paradies:

Then vs. Now: What’s Changed?

As Alex and Mark were quick to point out, our studio quality has significantly improved. We initially recorded footage on tapes!

Alex remembers editing this video when he was in high school. The cartoonish transitions were in style back then, but they look a bit silly now.

In Mark’s words, “People have aged.” 15 years is a long time. Many of the faces featured in these videos have since retired.

Then vs. Now: What’s Stayed the Same?

Mark noticed that testimonials in the 1990s really didn’t sound that different than they did in recent years. Ultimately, the purpose of the summit hasn’t changed: to connect critical thinkers and TapRooT® Users together.

The Summit has always been an opportunity to learn best practices, network with professionals, and have a little fun!

It’s no surprise, then, that plenty of the TapRooT® users and team members attending 15 years ago are still attending to this day.

If you’re interested in building your network and root cause analysis skills, register for the 2025 TapRooT® Summit. We have a proven, successful track record.
