1920s Women Attire
The 1920s are known for its’ super chic styles. In the roaring twenties, we saw ultra-glamorous flapper girls, stunning evening wear, and unique accessories, especially in the headwear department. The 1920s fashion was all about pushing the boundaries of fashion, trying out new looks, and most importantly having fun. The most famous era of 1920s fashion is the decadent Gatsby-era. This ear is probably what most people envision while picturing 1920s fashion. This era embodied Art Deco motifs, rich velvet fabrics, and satin dresses decorated with pearls, sequins, and gems. Some of the leading ladies in fashion at the time were Coco Chanel, Josephine Baker, Clara Bow, and Greta Garbo.

1920s Men Attire
The 1920s was the height of men’s classic sophistication. It revolutionized menswear as we know it today. Men’s fashion was mostly neutral colors with patterns, but that didn’t stop the fun in men’s fashion. Men used accessories to bring a pop of color into their wardrobe. Suits were a considerable part of men’s fashion in the 1920s. They wore a suit for every occasion, including day, evening, work, and parties. Another fashionable item men wore during the 1920s were hats, more specifically boater hats or a flat top felt hat. Some of the most popular men’s fashion icons of that decade were Rudolph Valentino, Charlie Chaplin, Duke Ellington, and Charles Lindbergh.
