- SnapCharT® Overview and Best Practices
- The Identification of Causal Factors and Finalizing the SnapChart®
- RCA Best Practices using the Root Cause Tree® and Dictionary
- SMARTER Corrective Actions and the Corrective Action Hierarchy
- Investigation Grading
The final portion of the course is my favorite. We ask you to bring a prior TapRooT® Investigation so we can review it after our TapRooT® Refresher and Best Practice Review. You’ll be in good shape to identify the strength and weaknesses of that investigation and leave with ideas for continuous improvement.
When Did You Complete TapRooT® Training?
If it’s been many years since you’ve conducted a TapRooT® Investigation, it’s better to attend a 2-Day TapRooT® Course or a 5-Day Advanced TapRooT® Training Course. Again, the Refresher is designed for people who have taken a TapRooT® Course 3 to 5 years ago and want to refresh their skills and improve the way they conduct their TapRooT® Investigations.
The virtual course will be held on December, 5th 2023. We limit the virtual course to 16 attendees so everyone gets the attention they need.
