Auditing & Proactive Improvement (Using TapRooT® RCA)
Many companies use root cause analysis reactively, meaning they wait until after incidents happen to initiate improvement. Through audits, assessments, and observations recorded through a robust RCA program, however, problems can be fixed before an accident occurs.
In this 2-day course, attendees will learn the importance of proactive improvement as well as techniques to effectively implement it.
Effective Interviewing and Evidence Collection
The evidence collection process can be a nightmare, from acquiring transient evidence to testimonial evidence. Stains get cleaned, witnesses won’t talk, and documents get lost without a streamlined process.
This 2-day course will teach investigators how to preplan for an investigation. Participants will learn how to coordinate an efficient evidence-collection process and build trust among witnesses.

TapRooT® Advanced Case Study Workshop
This 2-day session is intended for TapRooT® Users wanting to take their RCA skills to the next level.
Attendees will perform the entire RCA process, from the SnapCharT® Diagram to grading the investigation, for more complex examples than those provided in our public courses.
Analyzing and Fixing Safety Culture
Even with the best procedural, equipment, and communication practices in place, an unsafe work culture can be very destructive. This session will give attendees insights about their own work cultures and recommended corrective actions.
Participants will review how the Root Cause Tree® Diagram directly addresses work culture issues. From there, attendees will reflect on their own work cultures and develop potential corrective actions alongside the instructors.
Advanced Communication and Presentation Skills
Communication is critical for professionals to properly maintain a safe working environment. Public speaking, however, is one of the most common fears in the world — especially among the professional community. This session will provide attendees with the communication skills to handle casual, formal, and modern social situations.
Participants will gain insights and opportunities to practice interviews, interrogations, calls, voicemails, are more. Instructors will cover advanced skills, such as adjusting posture, voicing clarity, addressing fillers, and so on.
