This will help strengthen TapRooT® users and Lean/Six Sigma professionals’ approach to initial data collection and capture of the current state. When we refine our initial approach and seek the data-backed or observable truths, we set the stage for successful root cause identification. This approach will also help protect the work from reaching flawed conclusions, allowing it to release a sight quicker with a higher degree of confidence that the issue can not reoccur. From a Continuous Improvement perspective, having an accurate, current-state understanding will result in better-designed solutions, higher ROIs, and significant levels of adoption and sustainment.
