What is an API and Do I Need One?

An API is an acronym for Application Program Interface. It’s a tool that can be used to link your existing EHSQ or IMS software to the TapRooT® VI software and automatically import data into the system. Once you’ve analyzed the data, your findings can be synced back into your EHSQ or IMS software for trending or reporting. Currently, the TapRooT® VI software works with Enablon and Intelex software systems right out of the box. However, our API is robust and can most likely be modified to work with your existing software. If using our API with your software interests you, please contact SALES for more information.
