Using Trending to Manage Improvement

Summit Session Teaches the Use of Advanced Trending

Are you interested in using your incident statistics and proactive measures to find real trends and manage your company’s performance?

Would you like to avoid knee-jerk reactions to false trends?

Would you like to prove that performance has improved significantly (rather than just having a hunch)?

Would you like to trend your root cause analysis data?

Then, you need to attend the “Using Trending to Manage Improvement” session at the 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit, held on May 1-3 at the Horseshoe Bay Resort near Austin, Texas.

This session will teach the use of Process Behaviour Charts, Rate Charts, and Interval Charts to spot trends in safety and proactive analysis data.

The techniques require nothing more than adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division and the right set of formulas to produce these insightful graphs.

The graphs are especially helpful in analyzing safety and quality incident data. Find out more in this session at the Summit.
