Today, we’re looking in on students from the recent 5-Day TapRooT® Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader Training course in Qatar, taught by TapRooT® Instructor Randy Creek. The 5-day training course teaches how to investigate precursor incidents and major incidents (serious injuries, fatalities, major facility upsets, fires and explosions, or significant environmental releases). Additionally, the 5-Day course covers advanced interviewing, information collection techniques, and techniques to improve human performance. Frequent exercises using the TapRooT® Software ensure that attendees leave with significant practice of the skills they will apply when they get back to work.
