Summit Reception: What, Where, and When

The main goal of our Summit Reception is to give TapRooT® Users an opportunity to make new connections with other attendees and our speakers. Connecting with other experts in the safety field can help to generate new ideas and solutions, as it did when TapRooT® RCA was originally conceptualized. TapRooT® friends and experts are the friendliest people on the face of the earth. We aim to create a place where this essential practice can be continued, and to form an ideal environment to make lasting business relationships.
In the background, guests can enjoy live entertainment. This year’s reception will star acoustic guitar music from Eric Willcox of the Eric & Misty duo. We will also have a tailgate theme, so guests are welcomed to wear their favorite jerseys to join the celebration, which will also welcome Smokey the Dog, the beloved mascot of the University of Tennessee.

We will also have prize giveaways, awards, and ticket drawings during this event. Everyone has a chance in the prize drawings, but you must be there to win it.
This year’s Summit reception will take place on Wednesday, October 1st, in the Cumberland Concourse from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Guests can join us for drinks and hors d’oeuvres directly after Alex Weber presents his keynote address.

The TapRooT® Summit is one of the best places to network with other improvement experts. Wednesday night is the perfect opportunity to network with industry experts while celebrating 37 years of saving lives. Of course, the Summit reception is free to all attendees and their guests.
