PUBLIC or ON-SITE TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Course?
PUBLIC: If you only have a few folks who will be learning to solve problems with the TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis System, I recommend attending one of our public courses. See the full schedule of courses.
Of course, you will find TapRooT® courses all over the world (and virtually for our 3-day), so you will likely want to register for a course near you or in a destination you would like to visit. At the course, you will meet people from other companies who use TapRooT®, and you can compare notes and share best practices with them.
Also, if you want to “check out” TapRooT® Training before you decide if you want to implement it across your site or company, a public course is a great way to sample TapRooT® Training and then test the techniques on your incidents.
