At every Global TapRooT® Summit, we present awards to people who have found ways to improve performance. The picture above is Mark Paradies presenting a success story award to Elaine Shaw. Hearing about other people’s success is a great way to get ideas to implement at your company.
We make time at the Global TapRooT® ® Summit for participants to talk to their peers, Keynote Speakers, and Breakout Session Presenters. Often, some of the best lessons are learned in these informal discussions.
Then there are the great Keynote Speakers for the 2021 Global TapRooT® Summit.
They motivate and educate. Their stories inspire and explain. You won’t want to miss a single one of their presentations.
Past speakers have included astronauts, industry leaders, pilots, people wrongly prosecuted, people who were fairly prosecuted and went on to turn their life around, sports figures, and TV personalities.
This year’s speakers will be just as inspiring.

The Summit is being held the week of June 14-18 in Knoxville, TN. We will hopefully have a Live Summit (if COVID permits) and a Virtual Summit (for those that can’t travel because of COVID restriction). Therefore, you have no excuse to miss the 2021 Summit.
