Bloopers, Fails, and Behind the Scenes!

While editing our podcasts, webinars, and videos, I made it a habit to save the bloopers that made me smile.

There was just something so wholesome about watching my teammates make a blunder, laugh it off, try again, only to fail once more. Everyone here has an amazing ability to keep their chin up.

I think that’s because we all know that imperfection makes us human. We aim to fix systems, not humans, because humans will fail again and again until the end of time.

Instead of disciplining workers who make honest mistakes, let’s learn to look inward and laugh at ourselves.
