Ken is a Vice President at System Improvements and a TapRooT® Instructor. He is also in charge of the Equifactor® Equipment Troubleshooting Techniques and Training and is the author of Book 5, Using Equifactor® Troubleshooting Tools & TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis to Improve Equipment Reliability. Also, he is the organizer of the Operational Excellence and Asset Reliability Track at the 2021 Global TapRooT® Summit.
