Better SnapCharT® = Better Investigations

Better SnapCharT®

Santa says the *best* way to create a better SnapCharT® is to improve your evidence collection skills. I don’t make the rules.

What is a SnapCharT®? If you are not TapRooT® trained, you may be curious. A SnapCharT® is a timeline, a planning tool, and a central repository for all evidence collection. It is one of the dynamic tools incident investigators use to conduct a TapRooT® Investigation.

To build a better SnapCharT®, you need to:

  • get better at investigative interviews – know what to listen for
  • think outside of the box when collecting information about workers not following procedures and policies
  • look beyond human error
  • conduct a “go-see”
  • stop with the “this is a training issue” mentality!

As far as I know, the ONLY Santa-approved training is the 2-day training course offered ONE TIME in 2024, and that is TapRooT®’s “Effective Interviewing and Evidence Collection” Course.

Build a Better SnapCharT® with Ease

You will learn to overcome all of the above challenges and more! Join me and Emily Pritt, April 29 – 30, 2024, Horseshoe Bay Resort (near Austin Texas), for the 2-day training and stay May 1 – 3, 2024 for the 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit.

TapRooT® Users from around the globe will be at the 3-day conference. You will have the advantage of networking with professionals who have best practices to share with you, and you can share the new best practices you learn about evidence collection with them. It’s not too early to plan for improvement in 2024! Mark your calendar and register for a seat in this course.
