Our newest course, the 2-Day TapRooT® Advanced Case Study Workshop, will be held on April 29-30, just before the 2024 Global TapRooT® Summit. I am excited to be part of the development of this course with my teammates, Alex Paradies and Amy Souders.
This course is only for people who have previously attended TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training.

The TapRooT® Advanced Case Study Workshop will be two days of refining your investigation skills. With case studies across multiple operational areas, this course gives plenty of practice to get you back in the TapRooT® Groove!
2. Take your investigation skills to the next level.
The 2-Day TapRooT® Advanced Case Study Workshop will teach you to better group facts on your SnapCharT® Diagram and build enhanced SnapCharT® Diagrams.
Participating in hands-on exercises will give you first-hand experience developing SnapCharT® Diagrams to communicate what happened more clearly and learn new, effective ways to identify Causal Factors.
Plus, you will get practice identifying root causes using the TapRooT® Root Cause Tree® Diagram.
3. Learn to grade investigations to provide constructive feedback.
To develop better investigators, you need to give investigators constructive feedback on their investigations. How do you do this without coming off as a subjective critic?
We will show you how to use the grading tools in the TapRooT® Software to provide constructive feedback.
4. TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis is NOT just for health and safety.
The case study examples in the 2-Day TapRooT® Advanced Case Study Workshop will provide a variety of applications of the TapRooT® RCA techniques, not just safety examples.
Of course, there are safety examples, but we will also work through quality, human resources, and other example types.
