Where Will the Course Be Held? Table Mountain Inn in Golden, Colorado (near Denver).
I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite places to teach. The hotel has a definite cozy southwest vibe and a great restaurant (Table Mountain Grill and Cantina), which I highly recommend.

Great Instructors
Nancy Hitchins is an experienced Contract TapRooT® Instructor (she’s been teaching TapRooT® Courses fand using TapRooT® RCA for over two decades) and has extensive experience working in the utility, aviation manufactiring, construction, and wind electrical generation industries. And Nancy lives near Golden.
Nancy has an MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of South Florida and a BS in Zoology from Louisiana State University.
Ken Reed is a Vice President at System Improvements and has been teaching TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis since 2005. Before joining System Improvements, Ken was a Master Chief in Admiral Rickover’s Nuclear Navy, serving aboard submarines, including the USS Seawolf and NR-1.
Ken has a BS in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University.
