What Causes This Issue?
During installation, the TapRooT® installer will attempt to install SQL Server 2005 Express on the local machine. If this application fails to install properly, you will see this error message when you try to open the TapRooT® software.
How Do I fix it?
Download, extract, and execute the batch file listed in the attachments section belowVersion 5.1.4.4 - v5144_Fix.zip
Version 5.1.5.2 - v5152SU_TapRooTBatchEnglish.zip
