How Do I Resolve 'Unable to Determine System Default Collation' Errors?
On some machines purchased outside the United States, the "system locale," which determines the default character set (letters, symbols, and numbers) and font you use to enter information and that are used to display information in programs may not be set to English(US) by default. This will cause the 'Unable to Determine System Default Collation' error message to appear.
