"New Employee Arrives" - Adam Configures User Authorization

Claire Bennett is a recent hire to Takezo Corp. and will be Lead Safety Officer at the Tokyo plant.  Adam enlists Hiro again to show him the steps in setting up a new user in the TapRooT® database.

"Once logged into the software, you will need to go to the menu and select Admin - User Management - User settings.  This will take you to the User List page where you can see all the users currently configured."



From this screen Hiro advises, "You need to click on [NEW] button below and that will take you to the screen where we can setup Claire as a new user."



Adam can now fill out the fields and click [SAVE] to add Claire to the list. 

Hiro tells Adam, "Recheck the most important information, such as the correct Authorization Group and that the Active checkbox is selected."  Adam understands and realizes that if there is no checkmark in that box, Claire won't be able to login.
