How Do I Export an Incident?
Launch the software and highlight the incident you wish to export in the Incident Manager. Click on the [EXPORT] button on the bottom of the Incident Manager.

Once selected, you’ll see a pop-up window with the filename and location of the export file, whose extension ends in “.TS4”. Save the file to your Desktop. Copy the .TS4 file to a thumb drive or network location to transfer to another installation.

Once the file has finished exporting to the specified location, you will receive the following message:

You have now successfully exported your incident!
